PayPal Sales Tax For shipments to Arkansas addresses, we are required by State law to collect 6.5% Sales Tax. Shipping We try to ship items within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) after your payment clears, minus holidays during the week. Orders placed over the weekend (before Sunday at 2:30PM EST) should ship on Monday. We ship to all 50 states, Military APO & FPO, and Puerto Rico. If shipping to another country, we do not pay import fees; the buyer is responsible for all fees. Shipping errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer will not be refunded for shipping charges if returned or lost or abandoned by the carrier. We attach the tracking information within 24 hours after the order leaves our warehouse right on the order within your account. Orders placed by 2:30PM EST should ship the next business day and orders placed after 2:30PM EST will ship the 2nd business day. Warranty We do offer a 30 day warranty against defective products from the date of purchase. Please see our return policy for more details. Returns We do offer a 14 day return policy on items not wanted. All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please Contact Us for an RMA. Orders returned without a Return Authorization will not be refunded without a 10% restocking fee. Do not attempt to return your order to the shipping orgin. The return address will be provided with the RMA assigned to you. You will need to return the item with an RMA number which will be provided by messaging our customer service within the terminal.
