These hard hats have been modified with a special process by Texas America Safety Company, allowing your hard hat design to be visible day and night. These hydro dipped glow in the dark hard hats are available in both full brim and cap styles, each featuring an adjustable 4-point ratchet suspension, and are individually dipped, making every hat completely unique. Note that while we are currently producing about 20 different patterns in stock for immediate shipment, large quantities may require an additional 2-3 days to complete. Even 20-30 minutes near a light bulb will work as well. Notably, the hats are non-toxic, and the glowing features will outlast the lifespan of the hard hat itself. The glowing effect is strongest immediately after it's charged, but it will level off and last for a few days. Nevertheless, these customized hard hats allow for a safe and personalized feel while on the job. The Hydro Dipped Full Brim Hard Hat with Ratchet by Bootie Girl now comes in a GLOW IN THE DARK style! The background color of the hat appears whitish-yellow during the day, but once exposed to a light source, it will glow in green during the dark, making the hydro design pop out. To activate the glowing feature, simply place the hat near a light source, with 10-20 minutes under sunlight providing the best results. Please be advised that while the hard hats are of ANSI-approved Class 1 for Classes C, E, and G types, further modifications such as adding layers of paint, ink, and glossy coating may affect its ANSI rating as it deviates from the original shell from the factory.
