The Gastronorm tray 2/3 has a sturdy, scratch-resistant and shape-retaining construction and meets the high requirements of professional gastronomy. It has many areas of use - be it for warm or cold keeping or even deep-freezing. The perforated GN container is 65 mm deep and has a capacity of up to 5.5 litres.
