Take a good look at the auction pictures. The pump in the pictures is the actual item you are buying. It starts fast and runs super quiet. I let it run for a long time and it works great. I have posted one picture of the gauge with the unit running. I placed my finger over the inlet and this pump sucks 26 inches of vacuum which is much stronger than the average vacuum pump. The base plate is good. The canister is new. The tubing is new. The tip is new. The power cord is perfect. All in all a great little pump for consumer or commercial use.
