This listing is for one NEW Goodman High Efficiency Dual Fual Packaged Air Conditioner and Heat Pump with Gas Heat. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This unit is New Old Stock, manufactured in 2011 and in storage since. It has never been hooked up or run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: « The base has been bent up into the coil on one end. This has caused a slight bow in the coil, as well as misalignment of the corner brace and hail guards. There are also a couple of rubbed spots and dents on the coil, but nothing that should keep it from functioning properly. The unit is fully charged with refrigerant and does not leak. « There are a few other minor dents and scratches on the cabinet. These issues should have no effect on the unit's operating ability.
