GORILLA  4-in-1 LADDER  STATIC HINGE KIT Replaces pivoting hinge to used ladder kit as staging You cannot buy these seprately anymore From the Manufacturer. These are recommended for the type IA 300 lbs. Patented static hinges for use with Gorilla Ladders Aluminum Multi-position ladders in the scaffold position. These hinges feature heavy-duty steel construction and provide extra stability for your Gorilla Ladders scaffold base. They allow you to convert your 13, 17, or 21 foot gorilla ladder into to half sized step ladders. Which you can then arrange to use with a few 2 by 6 by 8 planks or similar strong materials (gorilla sells a metal scaffold) to make yourself some cheap scaffolding for painting or scraping. The recommended height for this is only about 2 to three feet off the ground but that allows most experienced six footers more convenient access to an eight foot inside or ten foot outside wall. • Heavy Duty Steel Construction • Patented Static Hinges for Use in the Scaffold Position • Provides Extra Stability • For use with all Aluminum Multi-Position Gorilla Ladders® This hinge kit is in excellent condition and includes: 2 Static Hinges, Allen Key and Instruction booklet for the ladder system.
