However, we regularly use different carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others for some of our international, oversea and oversized shipments. The vast majority of orders ship within 24 hours after payment has been received by us (except for larger items shipped by carriers other than Canada Post or UPS for which custom transport needs to be arranged). If shipping rates are not specified for your location, please contact us to obtain shipping fees prior to purchasing. Please note that low value products are often shipped via ground transport which takes longer but keeps shipping costs at a reasonable level compared to the product’s value. Whenever applicable, this is indicated in the product description. All shipments outside of Canada require a contact phone number. International customers are responsible for all custom fees, import taxes and other fees applied by their respective countries. All custom, duty, brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped. Payment Terms We are a registered business in Canada so applicable sales taxes do apply to Canadian customers. Please do not bid if you do not want to buy. We reserve the right to re-list the item if not paid after 7 days. A payment not received within 7 days is automatically reported as an unpaid item with eBay, to recover the eBay fees. If we have not received payment by the 8th day, the auction will be turned over to eBay for Final Value Fee Reimbursement (FVF). Note: An unpaid dispute will NOT hurt your standing on eBay but a FVF request will affect your standing on eBay. Once fees are credited, the checkout is closed and the item is re-listed.
