Refunds Refunds to customer can be expected within two weeks of the receipt of your returned merchandise. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. Products may decrease in value over time. Therefore we reduce funds for returns you initiate more than 30 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility after 45 days. Returns after 45 days may be refused. You can expect your refund within two weeks after we are in receipt of your return. In many cases you may receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks from receipt due to the time required for inspection and processing from your bank or credit card company.
