6" X 75' Self adhered flashing. Flashing provides superior protection against water air and moisture infiltration in window and door openings corner boards under stucco finishes masonry walls and other flashing areas. It is designed to work in severe winter climates milder climates and in coastal areas where wind driven rain is common. It should not be used on roofs. Grace Vycor Plus is ideal for sealing joints seams holes and other unwanted openings in wall sheathing systems. It is 25 mil thick and compatible with wood plywood oriented strand board concrete and masonry and fully adheres to the substrate to prevent water from passing through and into the substrate. Grace Vycor Plus closes the window on leaks that can cause rot and mold. - Provides premium protection against water infiltration in all critical non-roof detail areas. - Creates a strong bond to the substrate without the application of additional adhesives. - Seals around fasteners and makes watertight laps allowing no water to penetrate. - Highly conformable and easy to detail. - RIPCORD ""Split Release on Demand"" allows the splitting of the release paper from the membrane. - Employs the same proven technology as the famous Grace Ice & Water Shield self adhered underlayment the market leader for over twenty-five years.
