Graceland Side Lofted Barn - 12 feet by 24 feet. Nearly new - I ordered this barn in March 2016 and had it delivered in April 2016.  Sales price with tax was $7,312.15 (I have the bill of sale). Unfortunately (for me), I have to move away from the area and won't be able to take the barn with me.  The barn is located at 120 Sawdust Lane - Dorchester, SC (google the location).  The barn is located on a hobby farm that belongs to a very good friend.  You (the buyer) may be dealing with my friend to schedule pickup. You will have to arrange and pay for local moving - it will cost you about $500 to move the barn.  Call Kelly's Portable Movers at 843.509.1925 or Mr. Glenn Volrath at 843.862.2512 for estimates. The barn has a green metal roof and I paid extra for the Radiant Barrier (insulated interior roof) and I paid extra for two - 2' x 3' windows.  There are two 6' lofts at either end of the building as seen in the photographs. I installed four electric outlets and a circuit breaker box (2 - 15 amp lines) as seen in the photos.  I drilled one hole in the right back corner to run the electric feed into the building.  I also replaced the large Gs (for Graceland) with large Ms at the top outside peaks of the buildings (my last name starts with M).  I also installed two sheets of peg board. I am asking $6,500 for this nearly new side lofted barn - however, make me a reasonable offer and you might be pleasantly surprised at how much I'm willing to bargain. This item is sold with no returns accepted.  That said, you will not be the least bit disappointed with this building.  I really regret having to sell it - but circumstances require that I do.
