Graco Reactor E-XP1 246033 Spray Foam / Urethane Polyurea Spray Liner 2 Part Metering Spray System (Same as E-20 but with bigger heaters) Retail Price: $17,610.00 Work Performed: Inspected, Cleaned and Fully Rebuilt A (ISO) Pump ($400+ Value) Inspected and Cleaned (Resin) Pump Replaced A (ISO) and B (Resin) Side Cleanout Filters Replaced Throat Seal Sealant Cup Seals Fresh Throat Seal Fluid Installed Upgraded Check Valves and Intake Filter in Throat Seal Reservoir Replaced recirculating ball valves with 6000 PSI working pressure rated needle valves for better control of purging or recirculating. Instead of the standard full blast "ON or OFF", you can dial down the purge rates to a slow dribble to prevent material waste and avoid the mess usually associated with standard Graco Reactor purges. ($250+ value). Replaced both A and B side Drain/Recirculate Valves ($400+ Value) The ISO pump has been flushed out and the ISO side stored with a light oil. It can be safely stored indefinitely or immediately put into service. We bought this unit, cleaned it, serviced and upgraded it and sprayed a few kits with it with the idea of starting a spray foam business. The ISO side was then flushed with a new light oil and stored. We do not have the time to devote to properly starting up said business due to starting a different unrelated business instead so this unit is up for sale. We have other parts, pumps and leftover foam available for sale in our other listings. This unit can be converted to a single phase item for about $200. Please note that no hoses or spray guns are included in this listing. Only what you see in the photos is included. Environmental conditions may dictate the use of other temperature ranges. However, under no circumstances should a temperature of 140°F be exceeded. It is the responsibility of the applicator to determine the specific temperature settings to match the environmental conditions for their own equipment and spraying requirements. This unit will have to go freight unless you want to pick it up locally. We would be happy to palletize it and load it onto your truck or arrange for freight on your behalf.
