Customer further agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions of the United States and of its own country, and to obtain all necessary licenses and authorizations required by any applicable government agencies or authorities. Customer represents and warrants that it is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any restricted or embargoed countries subject to sanctions programs under U.S. law, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea Region of Ukraine. 6. Additional Support and Services. Grainger may provide additional support or services to Customer related to export shipment, including but not limited to obtaining any necessary export licenses, presenting documents to carriers, and arranging for customs clearance. Any such support or services are provided by Grainger on an as-is basis, and Grainger makes no representation or warranty as to the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any such support or services, or as to the legality or compliance thereof with any applicable laws, codes, or regulations. Customer shall be solely responsible for evaluating and complying with any applicable laws, codes, or regulations related to its export shipment, and Customer shall indemnify and hold Grainger harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to Customer's noncompliance with such laws, codes 4.
