Grand Format Dye-Sub Fabric Printing System Includes: Klieverik GTC81-3400 Wide Format Heat Press (2009) Roland SJ-1045EX Sol-Jet Eco-Sol dye-sub printer (102" wide) Window 7 computer with Wasatch SoftRip software and key 2 rolls of paper and various parts including unopened Bulk Ink system. This turn key Grand Format fabric print shop is priced to sell. Includes everything you need to get up and running right away. All the equipment is ready to ship from Denver Colorado. The printer is a high-speed, large-format printer compatible with media having a width of 102 inches. It provides ample image quality for large outdoor signs and the like even in its fastest mode, demonstrating high practicality and productivity. It is provided with the necessary features for high-speed, high-volume printing, including a media feed and take-up systems and media dryer. Also, despite being an ink-jet printer, it achieves output of high weather ability thanks to the use of ECO-SOL inks. We have it currently setup for printing to paper for transfer via dye sublimation to cloth. It is currently being used for high volume printing and can run for hours without intervention using it's high-volume take up reel system that supplies the paper and rolls it up after printing as it is in operation. We have used it for extended output overnight and it runs flawlessly and reliably. This machine is a real money maker! The ink and online manuals for this printer are readily available. It is not currently under a service contract, but we have been maintaining it continuously since its recent rebuild. We would be happy to arrange for you to see it in operation to verify its suitability for your purchase. We are located in Aurora, Colorado. Your purchase will include the rip software (Wasatch) and computer that is currently being used with this machine - it is capable of controlling up to 4 printers in the rip queue. We also have 80" and 104" paper rolls available for dye-sublimation printing. We are currently using a bulk-ink loading system with the machine that allows uninterrupted workflow and continuous use via drip feed lines. We have only used the highest quality Sawgrass inks with this equipment. The Klieverik GRC 81-3400 Wide Format Heat Press This wide format belt calender is used for dye-sublimation transfer printing (paper to textile) as well as for dye fixation of direct printed dispersed dyes or pigments. The precision guiding of the long belt and the lack of lateral movement of the paper and fabric make it possible to print with the highest degree of edge sharpness. The stable temperature of the thermal oil and the electrically heated drum are designed to give you excellent color brilliance. Features include: Low tension textile unwind, unwind shaft for textiles rolls of any core diameter, wind and unwinding shafts for transfer paper, protection paper shafts for transfer & wind up, contact winder for textile, cool down timer, this particular unit has been used for high-volume transfer and has upgraded bushings. We have 2.5 rolls of tissue paper that can be included. There are also a few rolls of dye-sublimation paper in 80” and 10’ lengths as well. The unit is already crated for delivery.
