On contact with a moist wound surface, the unique hydrocolloid composition of Granuflex dressing (Sodium CMC, gelatin, pectin and adhesive polymers) forms a cohesive gel which supports moist, woundhealing, aids autolytic debridement and promotes granulation. Granuflex dressing keeps nerve endings moist, which helps provide relief from discomfort and pain. The dressing is easy to apply and remove, allowing non-traumatic removal of the dressing without damaging newly formed tissue. With a wear time of up to 7 days Granuflex dressing can contribute to cost-effective care.
