It looks like a 3 pack unless it is an assembly of three markers. It is sealed and I did not open it. I do not know the date of manufacture or if it has an expiration date. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. I have more than one of these and so the one you receive may not exactly match the pictures, but it will be in the same condition.
