The Graphtec CE5000-60 (24") professional cutting plotters update the extremely successful CE3000Mk2 series with improved features, as well as a cleaner, "greener" electronic design and manufacturing process to minimize the environmental impact of the equipment throughout its life cycle. The CE5000 series delivers a maximum cutting force of 300 grams and a maximum speed of 24 inches per second (in all directions). The built-in front control panel provides complete parameter control including eight preset cutting conditions, as well as advanced features like tangential control mode, down force offset, pen up speed, blade wear monitoring and more. With a 25 pin RS-232C or the High Speed USB 2.0 control interface, the CE5000 is compatible with legacy computer systems as well as the latest PCs available now and for several years to come. If SignSupplyCloseout determines that the equipment is not able to be repaired, then an RMA number will be assigned and the customer authorized to return the equipment for replacement. Any equipment older than 30 days may be replaced with a certified refurbished unit at our discretion. Defective Items If an item arrives in an unusable condition, SignSupplyCloseout must be notified within 30 days of receiving the product or a return may not be allowed. SignSupplyCloseout reserves the right to request proof in the form of pictures to prove defects as well as the right to send replacement parts for items under warranty. Return Shipping Labels and Restocking Fees Shipping Labels: Any item being returned to SignSupplyCloseout will be shipped by the buyer and the buyer's expense. Small packages may ship using USPS. We usually ship orders within 24 hours of payment clearance. And tracking numbers are sent to buyers accordingly. Oversize equipment will ship via freight. Local Pickups Local pickups are not available. No exceptions.
