You are bidding on a very nice 1 1/2hp Sattley engine made by Field Brundage out of Jackson, MI. The engine is in great shape. Compression is excellent, and it fires right up with ease every time. The Wico EK, is nice and hot, throws a great spark. I looked the engine over and can't find any cracks breaks or welds. Flywheels run true. Muffler and pulley are original and in good shape. Nameplate is original and also in nice shape. Gas tank and skids are original, if that tells you how little this engine has seen the elements! No water leaks or gas tank leaks. There is honestly nothing bad to say about this engine, other than a little wrist pin clunk, which sounds worse than it is due to the solid flywheels amplifying all noises. The cart the engine is on, is very well built, as far as homemade carts go, this is the cadillac of carts, it's so nice, it may be one they are mass producing I'm not sure, regardless, you couldn't ask for a better cart for this engine. The restoration on the engine looks top notch, with nice pinstriping and dark green paint, it looks like no shortcuts were made on this one. This engine needs gas, oil, and a show to take it to, thats it! Watch video below!  I can store the engine here for 6 months for no charge, we are located 100 miles north of Detroit. I can also deliver it to Portland, IN and Coolspring, PA events next spring and summer for $25 gas charge. I can also secure it to a pallet and deliver to Fastenal for $25 for shipping, they are very reasonable on shipping cost. Feel free to ask questions!
