We work a few hours a day Monday through Friday on eBay during the regular USA Central time workday. We observe all USA holidays. We do this for fun. There is no physical shop, but this “eBay shop” is closed during exceedingly inclement weather, or during the occasional times when we’re on the road. As a result please understand that sometimes it will be the next USA business workday, or a tad longer, before we can reply to email, invoice, and/or ship in those cases. We communicate with our customers using “My eBay” messages only. We will never ask you to send eBay email to us at our private email address. We will not send eBay email to your private email either. Please do not send email to our private email address. Any and all eBay email sent to our personal email account will not be replied to – it will be deleted without being read. We work to take good and clear pictures. We’ve recently found that we’ve got a speck of dust inside of our camera so once in a while you might see an oddity in an extreme close up or on the background. We’re sorry about that and are working to fix that. Always read and understand the item description, a lot of info is contained in them. Remember to ask questions if you need to. We accept PayPal only. We ship with the US Postal Service. We drop mail once a day during the regular USA USPS Monday through Friday work week when our local US Post Office is open. Our local US Post Office outbound mail pick up time is at 1:00 PM US Central. We cannot ship on Saturday, or on US holidays, or during very inclement weather. If “the shop” is open and we see that your payment has been received, and if your package is ready to be shipped prior to 11:00 AM US Central time we will work to get your item(s) shipped out to you on that same day. Large or very heavy items can be shipped. If we must crate the item there will be a crating surcharge. These items must usually be shipped freight or can be picked up locally. If shipping freight the buyer is entirely responsible to make crating and shipping arrangements and pay those charges. Local pick up is available and will be made at our local Law Enforcement Center. We will unload the item(s) but you are responsible for loading them. We do not make deliveries. Continental USA customers only are eligible for free shipping or flat rate/specified shipping rates if those terms/rates are shown within our item description. Exceptions to free or flat rate shipping will occur if one or more items have been purchased where one or more item have shipping charges associated with them. In this case only the items with free shipping are eligible for free shipping. Please know that we may package your free shipping item in the same box as we package the rest of your order – we do that to save USPS handling costs. If you run into a case where we have auctions that end three (3) or more days apart please contact us to discuss and we’ll try to work together. · Again, please pay only after your invoice arrives and in one transaction. · Combining Media and Parcel /non-media shipments: ` · Media (books, papers, etc.) and Parcels (non-medial/regular items) cannot and will not be shipped via Media Mail. · We will work to get you the cheapest shipping combination possible. The may result in one, two, or more boxes being shipped – again whatever is the cheapest for you. · If it’s cheaper to pack and ship your media items and regular items into one US Parcel Post package and ship just one package we will do that. · But if it’s cheaper to ship your media items in one package using Media Mail and then ship your regular items in another package using US Parcel Post then we’ll do that.
