Shield source incorporated exit sign shield self-luminous sign made in Canada December 1989 (12-89) . Still lights up faintly uses no electricity it is powered by the radioactive gas tritium which is in tubules inside the sign that poses no danger of radiation exposure especially considering it's very old made in the late 80's. It was built to last 12 years has a replace date of January 2002. The sign measures12 and three quarter inch by eight and a quarter inch by one and a quarter inch has 2 holes on the top of frame for the mount (included with two screws also has 2 holes on each side but never mounted or threaded )does have signs of use some scratches on the back and what looks like old adhesive or silicone. Also a spot of paint on front near left chevron (arrow) SEE CLOSE UP.
