This is a Greenlee 555 IMC Pipe Roller support. It is for IMC pipe only. This was in need of repair when I got it so I dissasembled it and cleaned it and had a few parts on it repaired. Biggest thing was one of the rollers had been cracked out on both sides, probably from someone attempting to bend other than IMC pipe in it. I had the roller rebuilt at professional welding and machining shop when they built it back up and then turned it on lathe back to it's original diameter and shape. Stronger now than original roller. Also had the hinge pin area welded as it was starting to show a hairline crack. Welds are shown in pictures. Reassembled after repairs were done and now all rollers turn easily and smoothly as they should. This has the usual signs of use with dings etc but overall is in good condition and ready to use once again. Please look at pictures as I tried to show repairs and flaws as best I could.
