SHIPPING TIME: I make every effort to ship within 2 BUSINESS days (I can't ship on weekends) of receiving payment. If you don't ask for insurance and if there is shipping damage or loss, it's NOT the sellers responsibility to refund automatically!! It is not fair to the seller & hold hostage due to shipping time or damage. Once I drop it off to the carrier (UPS, Post Office, Fed Ex, carrier pigeon, etc.) it's completely out of my hands. I take pictures of all items before it ships to prove it was properly packaged according to the carriers specification. If the package is damaged in shipping, don't throw the box and packing material away because I have to report to the carrier to submit a damage claim and they want to see it. SHIPPING CARRIER: I use the most efficient and cheapest for you shipping which may take 5-7 days to arrive, excluding weekends.
