IT NEEDS SOME TYPE OF REPAIR INSIDE THE UNIT. SO MAYBE IT NEEDS FLUID, I AM NOT SURE WHAT IT NEEDS. I WAS TOLD WHEN THEY TRIED TO DO A KNOCKOUT, IT ONLY GOES ABOUT 1/2 WAY THORUGH AND STOPS. IT NEEDS SOME TYPE OF REPAIR. IT COMES WITH ALL THE BITS PICTURED AND ONE THREADED BIT. THE CASE IS COMING APART INSIDE THE UNIT, IT HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS. THIS MIGHT BE AN EASY FIX, I AM NOT SURE.
