Includes SpectroScan, 2 Spectrolinos w/ Certificates of Inspection, 2 cases of accessories which include: cables, manuals, 3 software discs, and other misc. parts. Testing - We do our best to test all items we sell. However, we do not have the time, knowledge or resources to test every function on each item. We make the assumption that if it powers on, performs the basic functions at start-up and doesn't indicate any fault or trouble code, that it is in good working order. If we have any doubts, we will sell it as-is “not working/parts only” with NO DOA warranty or we recycle it. Pricing - We try to price our items fairly, but we are always open to any reasonable offer. We prefer this to Auctions 'cause we hate to wait and then get outbid. Shipping - We usually do not offer “Free Shipping” because nothing is free. The shipping cost has to be covered somehow. We try to give you a fair price and then some shipping options, especially on larger items. On small items, we generally use USPS First Class Mail or Flat Rate boxes as our “standard shipping”. DOA Warranty - If an item is DOA, contact us for return instructions. Refund will be issued to PayPal after inspection and verification that the returned item is the same one as shipped. Serial numbers are recorded and/or Items are coded to prevent fraud. Sorry for any inconvenience, but fraudulent DOA claims do happen. Return Policy - Due to abuse we NO LONGER offer a return policy.
