The raised warmer plate is engineered to allow air to flow evenly around the wiring to prevent drying out. This gravity feed brewer with a hot water tap is designed for brewing in locations where low water pressure is an issue. The rapid recovery rate allows for continual brewing without depleting the hot water tank, and an independent heater switch keeps tank water at a perfect brew temperature even when the power switch is off. The body construction is stainless steel, and a plastic brew funnel is included, with the option to upgrade to a stainless steel brew funnel for an additional cost. The heat exchange water coil system prevents short potting, and the hi-tech brew controls regulate water intake to create consistent brewed coffee. Decanters are not included, and a pour-over backup system is not available on G models. Electrical specifications are 120V, 1.7KW, 15A, with an export voltage of 220V/50/1 available for an additional 5%. The brewer is available in black and has dimensions of 8"W x 18"D x 18.75"H. The top-mounted heating element is conveniently located, and the safety flow hot water faucet automatically shuts off when the operator walks away from the brewer. The Grindmaster Cecilware C2002G is an automatic coffee brewer that combines high performance demand with low profile requirements.
