The Crathco 5311 single countertop frozen beverage dispenser is a high-output machine with a compact construction that saves you valuable space! It has a standby mode to conserve energy during extended non-draw periods by holding the product at a safe, refrigerated liquid state. A freeze mode brings the machine out of standby and will quickly make your product ready to serve, while a mix-low mode alerts you when the mix in the hopper is low to prevent the machine from running dry. Thanks to a barrel that holds 1.5 gallons of frozen beverage and is replenished automatically by contents from a 5 gallon storage reservoir, this frozen beverage dispenser allows you to serve 5-7 gallons of product an hour. This versatile machine can make frozen margaritas, frozen smoothies, frozen cappuccinos, and more.
