The beauty of a parallelogram design is the four points of contact allowing for easy adjustment of each table for perfect parallelism and perfect alignment. The G0857 Parallelogram Jointer tables feature arched table travel, keeping each table close to the cutter and adding an additional degree of safety during operation. Setting cut depth is a breeze for traditional jointing or rabbeting with the infeed and outfeed adjustment levers. The infeed table is 40" which is helpful for surfacing longer stock. Like all Grizzly jointers, the G0857 comes with a 1-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects. (Consumables are not covered by the warranty.) The G0857 manual was written by our U.S. based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. This item ships via truck freight. The trucking company will call you to arrange for curbside delivery. Your delivery address must be accessible by tractor-trailer. Truck drivers are not required to give assistance unloading, which means that you are responsible for unloading your freight and moving it to your shop. We estimate, but cannot guarantee, delivery in 3 to 5 business days. If tracking your order on the carrier’s website, ignore any estimated delivery dates as these are often incorrect. What If I Need Help Unloading And Moving My Freight To My Shop? Do You Offer Any Extra Delivery Services? Your delivery address must be accessible by tractor-trailer and you are still responsible for moving the freight from your curbside to your shop. Some freight terminals are equipped to offer additional services - such as moving the freight into your shop or garage for you - on a limited basis for an additional charge. None of the carriers we work with will move freight up or down stairs. What Are My Options? Freight is delivered on weekdays during normal business hours.
