This is a USED item, and is in perfect working condition. I purchased this direct from Grizzly about 1 year ago. I probably have done only about 150 taps with attachment. *When the unit is turned on, there is some movement in the tap, but when I called Grizzly about it, they said that movement is supposed to be there. Other than that, if you need to tap material, and have a normal floor standing drill press this will get the job done. Please ask me any questions or if you need additional pics.
