Make up to 40 gallons of soup, 100 lbs of hamburger, fry 30 pork chops, toast 50 grilled cheese sandwiches or roast 20 chickens at one time etc. When using this as a frying pan you are able to cook on a slight angle so that when grease forms it will run forward and collect at the closest edge for easy removal.
