This Groen™ kettle features a self-locking, crank tilt mechanism for easy emptying, a self-contained gas steam source, and the patented fin tube burner assembly. For safety, the gas shuts off when the kettle is tilted or when the desired temperature is reached. Steam is provided at temperatures between 150° to 295°F.
