You are bidding on one (1) microwave Gunn Diode  K-Band for frequencies around 24 GHz. The diode must be mounted in a waveguide cavity and will produce a RF output power of up to 7 dBm depending on the waveguide structure. Ideal for 1.2 cm HAM-band applications in a WR-42 waveguide or for K-band Radar frequencies. Diode can be used also at lower or higher frequencies but may be with less performance.   FM Modulation can be done by voltage tuning or by an additional varactor within the cavity.   SPECS:            Gunn Diode Frequency:     24 GHz K-Band RF power:       7 dBm  (5 mW) typ.
