Gunters Chain Surveyors Geodetic Land Measurement Tool Hand Made? There are 64 foot long links and 3 smaller links (5”and 6”) joined at 16 feet 24 feet and 32 feet. There are no markings anywhere. Made of 1/8” steel wire. See photos for both loop ends. I suspect the large round loop is a replacement end. Chain weights 3 pounds. I hope the photos answer your questions if not let me know.
