Please note that batteries for servers, laptops, and desktops cannot be refurbished and may not hold a charge. Therefore, they are not covered under our warranty policy and are not an acceptable reason for returning an item. Software issues are also not covered under warranty coverage. If you need to make a return, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to sending the item back. Any non-defective or unwanted items will incur a 20% restocking and relisting fee and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The RMA number must be clearly placed on the outside of the returned carton and the unit must be returned complete and in the same condition it was received. Failure to notify us of a return within the warranty period will be deemed acceptance of the unit. We offer two warranty options for our products. The first option is "as-is" which means the unit has not been fully tested or has not been tested at all and is being sold without any warranty expressed or implied. We do not accept returns for these items. The second option is guaranteed against Dead on Arrival, which means the unit has been tested and passed our inspection criteria. If you experience any problems with the unit, please contact us prior to trying anything else. The warranty will be voided if the product is modified or tampered with in any way. When purchasing a used item, there may be scratches, nicks, or dings that do not affect the fit or functionality. It is up to the buyer to ask questions up front to determine the item's suitability. Operating systems are not installed and software compatibility is the buyer's responsibility. We do not provide warranties for batteries unless specifically stated.
