GYRUS-ACMI ACN-2T Scope   Gyrus ACMI ACN-2T Flexible CystoNephroscopes are used for percutaneous and transurethral procedures, and are ideal for office practices. The large 6.4 Fr (2.1 mm) working channel accommodates a full range of operating instruments for therapeutic applications. The flexible shaft, small outer diameter, and beveled UltraGlide™ covered tip provide fast, less traumatic access and increased patient comfort. The unique rotating light post, biopsy/irrigating ports, and integrated diopter correction ensure operator convenience and reduced procedure times. In addition, the AutoSeal™ feature which allows for both EO gas sterilization or soak disinfection, without a vent valve.  Seems to me (not an expert) in good condition, nice image - AS SHOWN !!!
