H&P 1/4 ton or 500 pound capacity Electric Hand Lift  3 phase power motor 208/230/460.  Hoist includes a 25' 4" cord 12 gauge, 4 wire. Hoist has a chain box this keeps the extra chain out of your way. The lifting chain is about 16' long. This is an older hoist tested and runs very good and looks good! I replaced the old rope that controls the up & down and added a new hand grip, just tilt the handle to go up or down. Hoist can be put on a trolley roller and run on an S-beam for a track or a good over head support. Look at all the pictures close for all the details. Hoist is 19" long, 8" wide and 22-1/2" high. Hoist and cord is 90.6 lbs. total weight. Selling as is in good working condition. Quietest running hoist that I have been around!  My zip code 54819 Wi.
