H.C. RHODES BAKERY EQUIPMENT KOOK E KING COOKIE DEPOSITOR. Item Description: Thi is a HC Rhodes automatic cookie depositor/cutter. This is THE machine required to be able to perform consistent and uniform production of baked goods at a high volume. This machine accepts 18" x 26" full size sheet pans and moves in a syncopated manner. Easy operation of this unit requires just one person, drastically reducting labor costs and increasing productivity. Item Condition: This machine is in excellent condition. There is no corrosion on the cabinet or any components. The machine was cleaned very throughly. The entire unit was gone through, and received new belts, any necessary bushings were replaced, a new industrial duty power switch was installed on the cabinet, and general maintanance and lubrication was performed.
