The unit was removed from a working facility a week before its list date. There are minor blemishes on the monitor when not powered on but do not show up when the unit is in use. Auction does not include any other cords, cables, or accessories other than what is listed and pictured above. If you have any questions, feel free to email or call. PAYMENT: Payment accepted through Paypal, Credit Card, & Wire Transfer. Payment must be made 48 Hours after auction ends. If you have a problem with this, contact me BEFORE bidding. If payment has not been received, or no contact has been made, we reserve the right to re-list the item and the purchaser will no longer have the right to purchase the item. Any non-paying eBay member will be placed on the block list, and will no longer be able to bid on any of our items. All items will have a 5% Virginia sales tax added to the final price. The sales tax will not be applied to shipping and handling. This tax is due to PayPal and Ebay making recent changes, requiring that taxes be paid by sellers that sell $20,000.00+ per year, or more than 200 items per year. We are sorry for the inconvenience. SHIPPING: Shipping costs are calculated based on varying locations. Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Item will not necessarily be shipped by way of how it is listed in the auction. Shipping carrier is at the seller's discretion unless the buyer specifies that they would like to use their own account to ship their items. Items can be shipped on the buyer's DHL account, but the buyer must create the label and e-mail it to us, along with scheduling the pick-up of their item by DHL. We do not have a DHL account. Our pick-up days for shipments are Tuesdays and Fridays on a weekly basis, with the exceptions of holidays. In the event that a Tuesday or Friday is a holiday, items will ship out the business day before or following that holiday. If an item is paid for between Friday-Monday, it will ship out on Tuesday. If an item is paid for between Tuesday-Thursday, it will ship out on Friday. For freight items, exceptions will be made to allow for trucking companies and their schedules. All items MUST be shipped with INSURANCE. EBay does not offer this service anymore, but because of the delicacy and value of most of our items sold, we must insure them when shipping. The insurance cost will be a flat $3.00 Fee for ALL items sold within the US and a flat $5.00 for ALL International items. We WILL ship internationally. Please email for a quotation on the price to ship internationally. We reserve the right to not ship certain items to a specific country for any reason. Large or particularly heavy items will not be shipped internationally unless the purchaser agrees on shipping charges/insurance before the end of the auction. ALL FREIGHT SHIPPING MUST BE ARRANGED BY PURCHASER. This includes international AND Domestic Freight Shipping. We will prepare all freight items for shipment, including but not limited to: palletizing, bubble wrap, crating (extra fee).
