  This is a scribe fit log home shell with two interior log walls. The logs are 14 inch mid diameter lodge pole pine with butts up to 18" and 10" to 12" tops. The logs will have an exceptional golden color. They are harvested in our northern Canadian forests in the winter when the sap is down in the roots. The logs are handpeeled in the spring and covered to keep the golden color while they dry for the summer.  No chinking is required.  The window openings and archways will be cut to buyers specs. All electrical outlets and switches will be cut to buyers specs. We have plans , but this is just a starting point for your custom log home. This is a logs only package. This home is over 5,000 square feet and will be built to order. Shipping to most states will be under 10,000 and will include supervision to reerect the log structure.  Acadian Log Homes canadaloghomes.net/uscustomers.html We have shipped several homes to US buyers in the past. The strength of the American dollar once again makes it attractive for US buyers to look at Canadian built log homes. We require a 10% deposit within 3 days of sale, 40% within 30 days or prior to shipping and the balance upon delivery. A buyer is welcome to come up to our site and have a look within 14 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund your deposit.
