FOR SALE: Hanna Fertigation Injection System HI-10000, Fully automated Fertilizer and Acid Injection System, automatically adjusts pH and EC of your water without losing any water pressure! Purchased in 2010 for over $12,000 - Unit is in complete working order, used for the 2014 growing season. Sale includes Fertigation System, Walchem Metering Acid Pump, 2” and 3” Water meters, 3 EC probes, 2 pH probes, and saddle mounted flow meter. Power requirements for installation include 3 phase 208 VAC power for the Fertigation System and two receptacles, one for EC monitoring and one for the acid metering pump. The dimensions of the unit only W4’ x H6’ x D3’, these dimensions do not include additional pipe. The fertigation system is a bypass system, which will not impede the mainline flow and does not lower pressure in your fertilization lines. System is currently plumbed as 3” pipe, which allows it to pump 300 GPM, but can be converted to 2” pipe to allow the system to activate as low as 5 GPM. This fertigation system continuously monitors and adjusts pH and EC as water is treated utilizing the static mixer. The system is also capable of controlling an external agitator, handy for mixing fertilizer solutions. Four independent pumping heads are included, if preferred each head can be set to a specific percentage to create special fertilizer blends. The controller can run ten different programs that can be set to different EC and pH values allowing the user increased flexibility when treating a variety of crops. Programs can be activated by time, flow, or external switching. Alarm controls keep the system from producing unwanted results and further protect your crop from receiving incorrect fertilization. System currently uses high concentration acid with the metering pump to lower pH.
