Rechargeable Batteries included had been discharged below 25% but came back up to 80% charge & 1.25V each @ C/2 in a few minutes. However, they maybe be close to end of life. Cosmetic Condition: Unit is in good cosmetic condition with a few dings and scratches that don't affect the operation. Items Included: Item as shown in the photos.
