THIS IS A REALLY GOOD DEAL ON A GOOD WORKING HARDINGE CHUCKER! HARDINGE HC CHUCKER S/N HC 1226 C in good operating condition. I used this chucker for several years then purchased an almost new one so this one is for sale. We replaced the spindle bearings so it does run well. Also did belts. 1.5 hp and 220 volt 3 phase electrics. The contactors were redone to make sure correct voltage passes through and not ruin motors. 9inch X 13 travels. 3000 rpm spindle 3 speeds. shifts speeds smoothly. We redid some of the contactors so motor gets full power. Electrical diagram and operators manual included. We know quite a bit about these so buy non running units. About 2000 lbs on pallet. No charge loading. WE have added a Sony Digital Probe for Z as shown in photos 2,3,4 and 5. Specs are 1.5 HP 230 volt 3 phase. 3000 RPM vari speed spindle via 3 speeds. 9 inch swing by 13 inch in Z. Probe can be moved to different positions as it has 4 inch stroke. reads in .0001 increments. Includes some turret tools. Spindle nose is 2 3/16-10 thread. This chucker does tighten up some as carriage is moved far right, but nomal operating area is good as are ways. I will include some 10 each 5C collets. NOTE: I have this same Z axiz setup on my personal chucker and am very satisfied with it! This does include manuals for HC and LM20 dro. I prefer a local pickup but will pallet and ship if need be. NOTE: this sale does not include the 5 inch buck chuck!
