 This hoist has had very little use. I changed the wiring from 460 volt to 230 three phase power.I have the wiring schematics to send with this if you want to change it back.(very simple, I will help you over the phone if needed).So now that it is 208 - 230 v. 3 ph it is more usable for most shops.It has a 20 foot long 4 wire power cord, with 3 orange plastic pulleys to suspend the cord on a cable on your hoist system. The pendant cord is 6 foot now, but could be extended to aprox. 8' .I measured 12 feet of chain length for lifting.It is Code ER010LD and lot # ER1A-292 .I'm fairly sure at the 230 volt it is single speed at 14 feet per minute. At 460v. I think it might go to a 2 speed.It is smooth and quiet, I have many more pictures on my minneapolis craigs list ad for this if you need to see more of it.I weighed it at 125 Lbs. so fedex should ship it.
