Description This auction is for one used two toned blue Harris TS21-020 Test Set that is clean and in fair condition. As can be seen in the pictures there are scratches and dings but no cracks in the plastic housing. It's a tool, and has been used but not abused. I'm not able to test this, so I don't know if it's working or not. As such I'm selling it as-is and no returns will be accepted. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
