This hot food display case keeps food from becoming too moist or dry by controlling the humidity in the cabinet. Its 3/4-gallon water reservoir shouldn’t require filling more than once per day, making this a machine that doesn’t require a lot of daily maintenance. You will need to purchase a tiered rack that is suitable for the food you will be storing in this case.
