Nice Hatco FST-1, big 40 lb. hopper!! Not your average  tiny little display case, this convects hot air through the bottom stainless floor to the top , has adjustable heat settings and a thermometer. Doors are heavy stainless steel for all day use . Could also be used as a display with the glass windows and lighted interior ,making for great impulse buys in a convenience store , concession stand,restaurant, wherever!! All tested , heats up fast and holds temp great! Hatco offers an excellent solution to this issue in its 23” Macho Nacho® Chip Warmer (FST-1-MN). This chip warmer keeps nacho chips hot, fresh and crispy longer by circulating air to prevent the natural loss of natural oils, which causes chips to go stale. Special ductwork forces dry heat through the chip from the bottom up, keeping the chips warm without sacrificing the quality of the product.
