Prepare food in advance of peak periods and place product straight from the oven into the full-view cabinets to increase your impulse sales. This Hatco Flav-R-Savor® Large Capacity Merchandising Cabinet has temperatures range from 80-190°F (27- 88°C) and is made to work on your countertop. The see-thru design of this merchandising cabinet allow you to keep a watch on your prepared items to ensure that the quality is just as you want it to be, and with room for four intermediate racks, you are sure to have enough room for your pastries, sandwiches, and more. Charlie's is selective about what equipment makes it into our store and eventually carries the "CERTIFIED" Seal, only a small percentage of the equipment our sales staff evaluate make it onto our sales floor.for residential delivery surcharge (usually $65 - $125).
