Model 2015 Jones Mighty Giant Tub Grinder PULLED BY and POWERED BY a Freightliner 550hp semi tractor (included). THIS IS BEST USED TUB GRINDER ON THE MARKET: Bar-none! If you are looking for the ideal grinder for making mulch or grinding hay, this is it. This unit will quickly make huge quantities of hay or the best looking mulch of any grinder on the market. THIS ONE IS NOT ALL WORN OUT ....like most other used grinders on the market. This machine has hardly been used since new and you can own it for 1/3rd the cost of a new one! This is a Jones brand, model 2015, Mighty Giant, all hydraulic tub grinder, built in the year 2000, powered by and pulled by a completely rebuilt Freightliner 550hp single axel semi tractor. We are selling this as a truck and grinder package. This setup uses the rear PTO output drive from the Freightliner semi tractor to power the grinder. The engine has been completely rebuilt, no-expense-spared, to the highest standards, less than 300 miles / 100 hours ago. It hasn't even been broken in yet. This is a really slick setup. Simply fold out the output conveyor, (all hydraulic) flip a switch on the dash to engage the rear PTO and start grinding. The truck has a new set of Goodyear 20 ply radial tires all around. It has the standard 100 gallon diesel fuel tank to supply the truck engine and a 1500+ gallon on-board reserve diesel tank. This option allows you to do weeks of uninterrupted grinding in areas where fuel may be scare. We just installed new batteries and had the truck serviced. Once at the job site, unlike other grinders, you can easily move this grinder around to multiple work areas without any set-up/tear-down. Simply flip one dash switch to disengage power to the grinder and drive away. *For highway use you need to first disengage the PTO coupler located at the rear of the truck and fold in the conveyor. THIS IS A REAL MONEY MAKER! WILL PAY FOR ITSELF FAST! This unit will grind wood or hay bales much finer and faster than other grinders. It produces mulch that is sellable from darn near any part of a tree. With finer hammers than any other unit available and with a true 550 HP available, you'll never overload it. THIS MACHINE ROARS through any type of wood waste. THIS GRINDER IS NOT ALL WORN OUT!!! If you've been shopping around for one, you've probably already figured out that 98% of all used grinders on the market have had such a hard life, neglected maintenance, and so many, many, many hours of grinding demolition rubble, tree stumps, concrete and metal filled debris, old tires, etc., you'd probably be better off just buying a new one rather than rebuilding it. People will often work these things to death and will only part with them after years of patching them back together with baling wire and duct tape - and once most of the expensive mechanical parts are worn out.
