Here we have a new hazardous area Hand-Off-Auto control station. Made by Killark, catalog number 8040/11. This has a stainless steel enclosure that measures approximately 4" wide and 6" tall. It has mounting flanges on both ends and a 3/4" NPT threaded hub in one end. The H-O-A operator has the familiar black plastic rotating selector switch. One photograph shows the interior with the control wire connection points. This control station is rated for use in Class 1 Division 2 Groups ABCD, Class 2 Division 2 Groups F&G, and Class 3 areas. It is also rated NEMA 3, 4, and 4X for use in non-hazardous areas. This unit is new and has never been installed. It was returned from a project at a petroleum refinery. It has been taken out of the original package and has minor dirt, scratches, and scuff marks on the exterior. One mounting flange is slightly bent. None of this affects the structural integrity of the enclosure or it's performance. Please see the photographs to see the exterior condition.
