QS Cabinet Washer Compound HD #229   Our QS Cabinet Washer Compound #229 is heavy duty degreasing powdered detergent that is aluminum safe metal cleaner is equally effective on both ferrous and non ferrous metals.  It is designed for all types of aqueous cleaning applications.   QS #229 detergent has a rust inhibitor added to the formula to help prevent spray cabinets and parts from rusting.  It will not damage plastics, rubber or fabrics. It is safe on the following metals: aluminum, iron, zinc, cadmium, lead, magnesium, chromium and mild and stainless steel.   Soak Tank Cleaning: Mix 8-9 pounds to each 50 gallons of water.   Spray Cabinet Washer: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 pound to every gallon of water depending on soil load   Injector Soap for pressure washer: Mix 10 lbs into 5 gallons hot water when dissolved pour into a clean 55 gallon drum and fill with fresh water.  You now have 55 gallons of injector soap for a fraction on the cost.       Biodegradable. Free rinsing. Low foam allows for spray cabinet usage. No irritating fumes. Non-caustic. Non-toxic. Penetrates heavy grease and soil build-up. Safe on aluminum and other soft metals.
