We offer two options to copy the unique data from the Memory Chip (EEPROM) of your board to a good PCB board so that it can work on your hard drive. Option one is we swap the Memory Chip (EEPROM) for you, free of charge. Option two is to find a local electronic store or a professional electronic technician to help. It is essential to consider the following before purchasing the PCB: 1. It is merely the circuit board of a hard drive, not the entire hard drive. 2. There is NO return policy. 3. The board is guaranteed to be tested OK before shipment. 4. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if the board is adequate for their hard drive. 5. We can only provide basic compatibility information for the drive. If you order from the United States, you can opt for overnight shipping, and express shipping is available for all countries, but delivery time will vary. Please note that the estimated delivery times provided by CANADA POST do not include weekends and that delivery time to Italy and Brazil is usually between 6-10 business days, but it could take up to 20 business days (4 weeks).
