Heartland HPS E3 T1 End to End Encryption Credit Card Terminal Includes Card and Chip Reading Pin Pad Heartland E3 (End-to-End Encryption) credit card processing terminal.  No merchant card payment processing account required to purchase this item. You either already use Heartland, or will need to contact them for programming and connection.This terminal is fast, easy to use, works on Internet (aka IP) and Dial (aka phone line), and encrypts the cardholder information that is contained in the stripe on the credit or debit card as it is being swiped, so that the information is garbled and never of any use to hackers.  It is then unencrypted by Heartland, with no reduction in the speed of the transaction.  This is the highest level of security currently available.  These are only for use with Heartland Payment Systems-  888-963-3600.  .  Get a terminal for your new business, or add another for the busy season at an fantastic price. Contact Heartland for new service or reprogramming of your existing service. Terminal- Measures 9 x 4 x 3",  see photos for specs on bottom of equipment. Has EMV smartchip-ready slot at bottom of terminal.
